Iron Wolf Tactical Return Policy

At Iron Wolf Tactical, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to assist. Below is an overview of our return process:

1. Notification Period

You must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a problem or simply a change of mind, we’re ready to help.

2. Item Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and documentation intact. Products that show signs of use, wear, or are missing components will not qualify for return, exchange, or store credit.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

We offer refunds only for faulty or defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within the 7-day period, and we will guide you through the return process.

4. Change of Mind

If you decide the item isn’t right for you, that’s okay! However, please ensure:

The product is in its original, sealed condition and free from damage.

Sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Please understand we do not offer refunds on change of minds, only exchange or store credit is offered. 

 

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at info@ironwolftactical.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order details and a brief explanation of the issue, along with photos or videos if applicable.

3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product.

Exchange or Store Credit

Once the returned item is inspected and meets our policy, you can choose an exchange or store credit.

Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.
