Coverage:

As an authorised dealer for the products we carry, Iron Wolf Tactical honours all manufacturer warranties. We are committed to ensuring the quality and performance of the items we sell, covering defects in materials or workmanship under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Duration:

The warranty period for each product is specified by its respective manufacturer.

Manufacturer Defects:

Iron Wolf Tactical guarantees that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a product has a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, we will assist with the repair, replacement, or exchange of the item based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Warranty Service Process:

For warranty claims, customers should contact Iron Wolf Tactical first. We will help guide you through the necessary steps for warranty servicing. Please do not attempt to repair the product yourself or through unauthorised channels, as this will void the warranty.

Proof of Purchase:

To claim warranty services, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase from Iron Wolf Tactical to confirm the product was purchased through us.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (e.g., prying, dropping), abuse (e.g., broken tips, chipped edges), accidents, improper maintenance, modifications, rust from neglect, or misuse that deviates from the product’s intended use.

For example:

• Broken tips caused by improper use (prying, hitting) are not covered.

• Damaged, lost, or bent metal clips are typically not covered.

How to Claim Warranty:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the product to Iron Wolf Tactical. For valid warranty claims, Iron Wolf Tactical will cover the return shipping cost.
